Saddle repair, saddle fitting (all brands) as well as flocking or tree adjustments. The sale shop is currently sold. We did accept returns on orders within 7 days of receipt - exchanges maximum 30 days no exceptions. We accept VISA, Master Card.

We do not guarantee fit for the life of the horse as horses backs can change and we do not know what has been done to the saddle in the meantime that is why there is a time limit on saddle returns.

I seem to be getting calls from people six months to a year or two later - please note it is normal for wool flocking to settle especially if it is softly flocked you may need reflocking or flocking added usually wool saddles will need to be checked every 6 months to a year if you are using the saddle on more than one horse esp. I can direct you to a saddle fitter in your area if you need.

If there is a problem with the craftsmanship then contact the manufacturer directly, if there was a problem with the order you had 7 days from the date of purchase to return it and 30 days to exchange the tack shop is now closed.
